G (Geeks): You have come a long way in your entrepreneurial journey, first Superchooha and now social samosa, a few lessons that you would like to share.
A (Ankita): Hard work always pays. Also always work towards creating value, for yourself, for your clients, for your team members. This is what has kept me going and got me all the recognition and success that I have now.
“Also always work towards creating value, for yourself, for your clients, for your team members.”
G: “Confidence is the Key”: How do you grow your confidence as a successful women entrepreneur and avoid confidence killers?
A: It’s very crucial to keep a positive attitude. It helps to go back to people who are supportive; I use them as my bouncing board. Sometimes constructive criticism is good, but it should not dampen our spirits, we should in fact use it as a bouncing board. As far as we are creating value, we should move forward.
G: How important do you find relationships to be in building and leading a business?
A: Very very important! Today whatever I am is because of the relationships that I have build. Networking and building relationships can get us clients, employees or even good friends who support us in our entrepreneurial journey.
G: According to you, what are the most important values an entrepreneur must have?
A: Self Confidence, oodles of patience, and must have the attitude to always persevere.
G: What would be your advice to the professional women reading this interview out there?
A: Don’t underestimate yourself and don’t let failure weaken your spirits. Entrepreneurship can be a challenging journey but it is also a lot of fun, learn to enjoy the ride.
