The beta launch is based in Montreal and Toronto, however plans for the official release includes further expansion to 5 more cities and the release of an Android app. ASK PAM carries out the highest recruiting standards in the industry, as they only hire four and five-star hotel concierges.
The startup was founded in February 2015 by Pamela Alfred & Patrick Finken.Pamela drives the company’s vision, strategy and growth to provide a unique and innovative solution for business travelers to access local travel assistance focus on Experience and Productivity. Pamela’s passion, leadership and expertise make it possible placing Ask PAM at the forefront of the sharing economy. Originally from Paris, Pamela has been a Concierge for over 7 years, working for billionaires and celebrities and has also ran 2 Concierge Companies in London (UK) and Montréal (CA).Patrick is the co-founder and CTO at Ask PAM. He oversees the technical strategy of the company, and is dedicated to building a team of world-class engineers to keep Ask PAM at the forefront of the industry. Patrick graduate from EFREI, an engineering School of Information and Digital Technologies in Paris France, in 2008 with a Masters in Computer Science. He decided to become an entrepreneur when he quit his job to start his own consulting company.
