EasySched startup from Cincinnati makes your Scheduling Easy

ESEasySched is the ultimate tool for organizing a team of people. Everything is done right from your web browser. Team members are added to a schedule via email and each receive an individual access link. Not only will your team’s events be easily accessible, but EasySched offers plenty of additional features for you and your team.EasySched is developed and run by Shane Jansen, a Junior Computer Science student at Northern Kentucky University.It is unique because it is focused on being as easy and intuitive as possible.  EasySched is also unique because your team members don’t have to do anything to be a part of the schedule.  Each team member receives their own access link via email.  No additional accounts need to be created.

Some of the exciting features of EasySched are listed below :

  • Team Members : Add every team member as a user of the schedule. Bulk users can be added from a spreadsheet. Each user will receive an access link to view the schedule.
  • Administrators : Administrators can be added to help manage the team. Admins have access to all of the schedule features.
  • Groups : Groups of users and admins can be created to organize and select team members.
  • Events : Create events for your team members to view. Targeted reminders can be added to each event.
  • RSVP : RSVP tracking can be added to events for team members to select their availability via email.
  • Google Calendar : Sync your Google Account with EasySched so all of your schedule events appear on your personal Google Calendar.
  • Messages : Email messages can be sent to everyone or specific users. Replies will be sent directly to the sender’s email address.
  • Message Tracking : The delivery status of every email message is tracked so you can be sure emails were entered correctly and delivered successfully.
  • Text Messaging : Text messages can be sent along with emails so team members are aware of schedule changes immediately.
  • Statistics : Statistics allow administrators to view the last date a team member has accessed the schedule. This is useful for knowing if team members are aware of schedule changes.

  • Time Finder : Time Finder allows you to pick the best date and time for everyone. A voting link is emailed to each team member with date/time choices. The admins can review the results and pick the best date for everyone.
  • Polls : Polls can be used to send questionnaires and collect information from members. There are 3 types of polls: Time Finder Polls, Multiple Choice Polls, and Open Response Polls.
  • Change Log : Every change or update to the schedule is saved and logged for admins to view.
  • Weekly Updates : Each week, every team member will receive an email containing a list of schedule event changes. This keeps everyone in the loop about upcoming and future events.
  • Mobile Friendly : Every page looks great on a mobile device. You can manage your schedule from anywhere.
  • Secure : The entire site is protected with modern SSL so you can be sure your data is safe.

In a couple of years from now, they hope to see EasySched become a competitor of other online scheduling software used by teams and coaches.
