SportzHype was founded in December 2012, when the founders went to Pinterest for the first time and there were just to many things, especially geared towards women. These 100% sports nuts, as they call themselves, liked their layout and thought there must be a way to create something revolving their main interests, which is sports. Thus, SportzHype was born.

The website looks like Pinterest and works just as simple. Just log in -> Add a post -> Select a Category -> Click Publish and you are done. It is deeply integrated with major social networks like facebook, twitter, pinterest so that you can easily share any ‘Hype’ with your friends. Furthermore, there are 2 different kinds of “Hype” – “Top Hype” and “New Hype” along the top of the page, so you can easily find out what’s new and what’s trending.

“We are going to focus on slowly getting things right with our site and keeping things Simple. We have high hopes to get as big as some sports sites as there is nothing out there in sporting world like ours.”
