Uplet makes bulk upload to instagram possible right from your desktop

Often we find ourselves in a situation where we want to upload multiple photos on our instagram after a party or a trip. But since instagram doesn’t offer that feature yet, we are left with the only option to uploading them one by one. This hugely takes up time and selecting hundreds of photos, just one at a time is a tedious task. If only there was an easier way?

Enter Uplet, It is a bulk uploader app for instagram. Currently available only on the mac, Uplet lets you upload photos from Mac to Instagram in a bulk. That means that you can upload any number of photos in one click as long as you follow instagram rules.

How it works

Facing the multiple photos upload challenge ourselves, We decided to take the app for a spin.

The app is clean and simple and gives you a feel of the instagram app from your phone. Bulk upload is just a 4 step process

Log in to your instagram account from the app
Select the photos you want to upload
Edit the photos and add captions
Upload the photos to instagram, and you are good to go

The photos uploaded quite quickly, and before we knew it we were already getting likes and notifications on our newly uploaded photos.

Whats Next

Since Uplet was released earlier this month, there were a few features that we felt were missing, like the unavailability of filters during the photo edit stage. However, as we were doing this on our mac, we were able to add iPhoto filters to our photos. Nevertheless, we love the app as it solves one crucial problem of multiple uploads.

Finally, as promised by Uplet Team, they plan to add some new features in future updates, like support of several accounts, scheduling and others, we would definitely be waiting for an update!
