  • InstaCampus – InstaCampus is an online application that automates your national campus recruiting process and allows you to hire all your fresh graduates from the comfort of your office
  • InstaJobs – InstaJobs offers lifetime registration for every job seeker to explore recent job openings. With the help of our patent pending Cognitive Talent Discovery Engine (CTDE), instaJobs instantly connects you to prime career opportunities.

CareersUnbound was founded with one thing in mind, to connect every job seeker to job opportunities and to reduce the time required for employee hiring.The company is founded by  Dr. Prakash Ambegaonkar  and  Aniruddha Shrotri.

Dr. Prakash Ambegaonkar is a technologist and a long-time entrepreneur. In his successful career as an entrepreneur, he has founded Frontier Technologies Corp., E-Lock and Timeless Learning Technologies. CareersUnbound is Dr. Prakash Ambegaonkar’s latest entrepreneurial venture. He has graduated from University of Wisconsin with two masters, and a Ph. D in electrical engineering from Marquette University.

Aniruddha Shrotri is the technological brain behind products & services at CareersUnbound. Mr. Shrotri holds an engineering from India’s premier engineering institute, IIT (Delhi). He worked as a programmer reputed companies such as Wipro & CDOT in the early part of 1980’s before starting his entrepreneurial career with Dr. Prakash Ambegaonkar at Frontier Technologies Corp. & E-Lock. Their entrepreneurial partnership still continues at CareersUnbound

Currently their two products, InstaTalent for employee hiring and InstaSkills for online skill development are working completely flawless and ready to serve our customers. Currently they are operating in India and the US market. Very soon InstaTalent will be launched globally.
Currently they have around 20,000 registered job seekers, 600 employers and 100 jobs openings on the InstaJobs platform. Within the next couple of years they are expecting around 1Million worldwide job seeker’s registrations and 50,000 employers. With more number of registered employers there will be more job openings.

With our proprietary algorithm and big data analytics they have been able to create an application to help employers place candidates and eventually help job seekers find careers.
