In a first-of-its-kind initiative by any furniture company in India, Pepperfry – India’s No.1 Furniture and Home Products Marketplace has launched Furniture Restoration Services.

Remember Grandma’s old rocking chair, around which your cousins and you gathered for her famous ghost stories? Or mother’s closest confidant, the sturdy teak wardrobe that was specially made for her wedding? And what about Dad’s old bookcase that still stores his comics? These are just a few examples of furniture pieces that, over time, became family members and came to have cherished memories associated with them. Pepperfry has the same passion for furniture and understands how much these heirlooms mean to its customers. Pepperfry’s furniture restoration service will enable customers to restore their heritage furniture close to its original form and function.

Over the last few years, the Pepperfry marketplace has partnered with skilled furniture craftsmen across the country and this incredibly talented community of craftsmen will be involved in the go to market strategy for Pepperfry’s furniture restoration service.

This service is first being rolled out in Mumbai, Delhi NCR and Bangalore. Pepperfry’s Furniture Restoration Services will cover repairs, conservation and finish restoration. To maximize customer convenience, pickups and deliveries back to customers will be managed by Pepperfry through its own logistics network.
