Freshdesk acquires 1CLICK.io, A video chat and co-browsing platform
Freshdesk, one of the best SaaS customer support software, makes its first acquisition with 1CLICK.io, a video chat and co-browsing platform.
With this acquisition, the company plans to expand their product’s functionality and provide better real-time support through video chat, voice chat and co-browsing to their customers. Through 1CLICK.io’s technology, support agents will be able to view the customer’s screen and interact with it in real-time, on a web page, while chatting with the customer through video/live chat.

This announcement comes with an icing on the top with Freshdesk acquiring its 50,000th customer a few days ago. Freshdesk was launched in 2010 headquartered in San Francisco, California with just a six of like-minded people. Today it has scaled to 500+ people across four offices – San Francisco, London, Sydney and Chennai
