Aasaanjobs – Job Portal startup solving the entry level recruitment problem in India
Aasaanjobs helps employers hire quickly and reliably with its meticulously verified database of candidates with relevant skill sets.Back in 2013, they recognized a recurring problem in the job market. Access to a trustworthy database of candidates in the entry level and blue collar job segments was largely restricted, and the hiring process highly disorganized. This was due to a crippling unavailability of information regarding skill benchmarks as well as job requirements. It was therefore essential to create a repository of data containing information about jobs as well as candidates in this segment. Aasaanjobs was thus born as a means to address this problem.
The pay-for-success model, as well as an assessment process to verify a candidate’s skill sets before they can apply for jobs, goes a long way towards reinforcing a customer’s trust on the portal’s exhaustive and streamlined process. On the other side the company offers a transparent in-and-out scenario of job expectations with a particular company, regular career counselling sessions and the convenience to search for jobs based on location and salary to candidates.
