ZingyHomes is an attempt to change the game.They would like to bring more recognition and visibility to space designers who build beautiful places for people to live and work in!They hope that this in turn would bring about a change in the way their potential clients perceive them and help them win more of both – business and fame.They hope to provide the design community with a high-tech platform to build their reputation, transact business as per the trends emerging worldwide and have access to never before offers from manufacturers and vendors. With their 3 comprehensive product directories and catalog systems, they make it easier to find products and materials available in a hassle-free, time-saving way

ZingyHomes was launched in 2013 and within a period of 2 years, has rapidly grown into India’s largest space design community. The platform connects all the stakeholders in the space design community – architects, interior designers, builders, contractors/consultants, product manufacturers, design students and end-users with an objective to facilitate interaction and ease of doing business and also to enable exchange of ideas.It is still in the startup stage and has gained tremendous popularity among the design professionals which is evident from the fact that country’s top architects and Interior designers have joined the platform and it is a trusted a platform for 5000+ design professionals. The community is also rapidly gaining popularity among other stakeholders including the end-users.

The startup is founded by Preeti Markan. Preeti is passionate about design and architecture and about using technology to better business processes and improving reach. She has been running an internet marketing agency successfully since 2002. Prior to starting EnablingBiz, she gathered rich marketing experience working in the Industrial machinery, pharma and software industries. Preeti holds a bachelors degree in physics from St. Stephen’s Delhi and a masters in management from The Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University.

ZingyHomes plans to change the game. Architects, interior designers and contractors who have hitherto mainly relied on word of mouth publicity can use the platform to display their portfolios to and engage with their potential customers and in the process build their reputation. Homeowners who have until now banked on advice of family or friends on which architect/interior designer to choose can now do in-depth research online and widen their choice. They can also shortlist products and showrooms from the comforts of their desk instead of having to drive around the city. With this online community, ZingyHomes also plans to sensitize people more towards good design.
