How to Contact Amazon When You’re Having Problems With Your FBA Business
Have you ever struggled with something in your FBA business and wished you could just talk to a real, live, Amazon employee? Maybe you were locked out of your Amazon account, trying to figure out how to get a seller account set up, trying to locate where your product is, or figuring out why a customer had the wrong thing shipped to them. There are millions of reasons why you might need to contact Amazon when you’re having problems with your FBA business, but how do you contact them? In this post, I’m going to let you in on a secret – how to get Amazon to call you when you need help!
How to Contact Amazon When You’re Having Problems with Your FBA Business
You’re frustrated, tired, ready to tear your hair out. You’ve searched, you’ve asked questions in theNine University . Facebook group, you’ve dug through Amazon help topics – and no answers have shown up. You need to talk to a real person. But how?
All you need to do is go to the Amazon Seller app on your phone. Open it and look in the top left corner for the menu dropdown (the three lines). The fourth option (as of the time of writing this) says “Contact Seller Support” – that’s what you want!
There are a lot of options, but the one you want is “Fulfillment by Amazon.” Ignore everything else. Amazon wants to keep you searching through help articles, not going straight to the really useful stuff.
When you click “Fulfillment by Amazon,” you can then click on “FBA Issues.” Why do you click on “FBA Issues”? Because if you’re selling the Nine U way, all your issues are FBA issues! You’re paying Amazon to sell your items!
Most people never see the three tabs at the top at this point. Look closely and you’ll notice they say “Email,” “Phone,” and “Chat.”
Now, just click on “Phone,” put your number in, and hit the “Call Me Now” button. The last step in all this – answer your phone, because that’s an actual Amazon representative calling you!
While I hope you never get to contact Amazon when you’re having problems with your FBA business, I know that realistically, it will happen at some point – so when that comes, you now know what to do! Save this article for reference!
And if you want more help and support with your Amazon FBA business, or you want to FastTrack your business while getting the most up-to-date training, please feel free to check out Nine University.
