DoSelect Team has three founders, Rohit Tirkey and Sanket Saurav who’ve been roommates since college and did a startup(CampusHash) together before. Iliyas Shirol is the third co-founder who met them at a conference Pycon India’13, he was working in InMobi at that time. He decided to join DoSelect team and quit his job in Nov’14.Rohit spends 70% of the time working on business development and making customers happy, and rest cooking some uninvented cuisines. He loves film-making, photography and drumming. When not busy with work, he can be found designing something and moving around the office. Sanket heads product and engineering at DoSelect, and is passionate about building things that impact the world in some way. He loves to play with APIs, loves the Web and has an OCD about details – product or otherwise. When not working, he can be found reading a book or jamming with his band. Iliyas handles overall revenue and operations, and is responsible for building and managing the infrastucture at DoSelect. An open-source evangelist at heart, he has been instrumental in building communities across India for almost a decade. Prior to DoSelect, he was in the infrastructure team at InMobi that manages the entire bare-metal and public/private cloud.
Within a month of launch, a century companies landed on DoSelect and they have seen a Phenomenal growth since day 1. At the end of 5 years they would like to be the de-facto platform for tech recruiting for every scale of companies.DoSelect has a free forever plan for early stage startups, NGO’s. Premium plan ( $179 ) is for companies growing at faster pace and have multiple positions open. Enterprise plan contains everything from premium plan + Unlimited number of candidate invites( Pay as you use ).
