Parcelled is an online courier service which provides the easiest way to send couriers across the country from your home.This on demand shipping Start-up based out of Bangalore has expanded into three new cities and is now serving in Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune and Jaipur.One has to schedule a pick-up on parcelled and mention the courier-pick-up time and courier pick-up location. Then they will come to the location with packing material, pack the items safely and then pick it up for delivery. Also one can Schedule a pick-up for their courier with their recently launched Parcelled App.

The thought behind the service is that “if everything gets delivered at your doorstep why shouldn’t it get picked up from there?” Parcelled brings post office to your doorstep rather than you going to it.With a couple of taps, a customer can schedule a pick up and within 30 minutes the item is picked up, packed and shipped.
Packaging customization and paperwork are all taken care of by packaging wizards from Parcelled. Through Parcelled one can schedule a pick up at their chosen time either from the website, through the app or by placing a call to the customer helpdesk. All of this done for no extra cost! In case of any exigency Parcelled has its Rush services which delivers all intra-city courier within 6 hours. Thus making shipping a delightful experience for the users.
On-Demand shipping startup Parcelled, had raised strategic funding from logistics firm Delhivery and Traxcn Labs and is trying to solve the First mile problem in India.
“Shipping can be a long and inconvenient processes, which involves looking for packaging, going to a local courier shop or a post office to drop of stuff and then dealing with various conditions like insurance, item restrictions etc,” said 26-year-old Xitij Kothi(co-founder) an IIT- Mumbai graduate who had earlier worked in the logistics division of Flipkart.
Founded by Xitij Kothi, Nikhil Bansal, Rikin Kachhia, Prateek Bhandari and Abhishek Srivastava, Parcelled is looking to expand into multiple cities and creating a new age tech solution to this problem.From 2 digit orders a day back in April, to now handling 2,500+ orders a day, seems like a rather rapid expansion done well. The company has a fleet of more than 250 people for ground operation and has a 60+ strong team working in the background.
At the back-end, Parcelled has tied up with eCommerce delivery firm Delhivery as well as other courier partners including FedEx and DHL to ship the packages.
