EasySched is the ultimate tool for organizing a team of people. Everything is done right from your web browser. Team members are added to a schedule via email and each receive an individual access link. - Administrators : Administrators can be added to help manage the team. Admins have access to all of the schedule features.
- Groups : Groups of users and admins can be created to organize and select team members.
- Events : Create events for your team members to view. Targeted reminders can be added to each event.
- RSVP : RSVP tracking can be added to events for team members to select their availability via email.
- Google Calendar : Sync your Google Account with EasySched so all of your schedule events appear on your personal Google Calendar.
- Messages : Email messages can be sent to everyone or specific users. Replies will be sent directly to the sender’s email address.
